Custom Cake Reservation Guidelines

Please place order at least 7 days before the event date. More advance orders are welcome. A booking is only considered complete once we receive your advance payment. In many cases full payment is required in advance.
If an order is cancelled within 48 hours of the promised delivery time, the customer is liable for up to 50% of the cost of the order. The amount to be determined solely at the discretion of Hammadi Bakers.

All designs are for reference only.
Each design can be further customized.
For a multi-tier cake, any tier can be ordered as a separate cake.
The number of tiers in multi-tier cakes can be customized to one or more.
Any single tier cakes can be converted to a multi-tier cake.
Since all cakes are handcrafted, no two cakes are exactly the same. Expect some color variations and design differences.
Some designs may be limited due to availability of artist, equipment and supplies.

Some cakes are more suitable for transportation and outdoor events in summer. Ask your cake artist for recommendations.

It is highly recommended that you pick up the cake yourself or arrange for an airconditioned transportation - especially in summer. If this is not possible, then we can arrange delivery for you at your cost and at your responsibility. The cost of transportation depends upon the distance from Islamabad O9, Police Foundation. Close to Behria Town and Giga Mall)

We guarantee delivery of cakes as promised except for an act of Allah (Accident, strike, turmoil, sickness, etc.). In such cases, we'll still provide you 10% discount.
In a rare case, due to unforeseen circumstances, if we are unable to meet our commitment, we will refund your full cost and provide you 10% discount on your next order.
Please build sufficient time contingency between promised cake delivery time and the event to cover for traffic and other unforeseen delays.
When a cake is handed over to you or the transporter, we would take a picture and send it to you showing the condition of the cake. Thereafter all liabilities lie with the customer and the transporter for any delay or damage to the cake.
